Our School
Welcome to the Home of the Eagles! Isleta Elementary School is proud to be a strong and thriving learning environment for children of the Pueblo of Isleta. As we educate, nurture and support our kindergarten through sixth-grade students, they receive a well-rounded and holistic education that meets their mental, physical, social and emotional needs. Our educators are ready to equip students with the knowledge, language and culture of our Pueblo traditions.
Isleta Elementary School maintains a standard of academic excellence in the core programs of reading, math, fine arts, physical education, nutrition, sports and extracurricular activities. Our campus is a safe and peaceful environment for students to grow and develop into productive, respectful and prepared citizens.
Isleta Elementary School's dedicated staff ensures that every student reaches their full potential by meeting students' individual needs. We believe in providing every student with the tools they need to succeed. The entire Isleta Elementary School community works together and works hard to make sure every Eagle soars.

Strategic Transformation of Education Plan (STEP)
Isleta Elementary School implemented the Strategic Transformation of Education Plan initiative – a digital learning portal with a blended learning approach. Our students can maximize this opportunity by accessing the digital learning portal with a 1:1 student-laptop usage ratio. This approach gives our students the advantage of integrated applications, and a robust learning strategy.
